When you submit a property to, or modify a property on worldwide-holidayrentals.net,
you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The advertiser is wholly responsible for the accuracy of the property
information published on the site.

the right to modify the property information, to remove offensive or
inappropriate material or to bring the information in line with the worldwide-holidayrentals.net
house style.

the right to modify the way search results are displayed on the site.

advertisers to respond promptly and courteously to all bookings.

the advertiser to keep the availability calendar up to date via the use of the
password protected administration area.

endeavours to make the site available on a continuous basis, it does not
warrant the site will be available 24 hours a day, or that it will be free from
errors or viruses or other harmful components.

brought against the advertiser for breach of contract by the person or people

shall not be liable to the advertiser or owner for any loss, costs or damages

Advertisers are strongly advised to have a legal contract between themselves

cannot be held liable for cancellations, non payment of rent, damage to the
property or any other material loss.

acknowledges that the material (text , graphics and photos) has not been copied
or is in breach of copyright. worldwide-holidayrentals.net
cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting
from material supplied by the advertiser.

The advertiser assigns worldwide-holidayrentals.net
a licence to reproduce in part, or in whole the material supplied.

the right to refuse web addresses or hypertext links to other web sites from
within the worldwide-holidayrentals.netsite.

No hyperlinks to competitive accommodation directories will be permitted.

Hyperlinks to an advertiser's own website are permitted as an optional
chargeable item. The links are from a set, trackable position within the site.
No hyperlinks are permitted from free text areas.

No hyperlinks to third party services such as car hire and insurance sites will
be permitted.

Photos are to be uploaded on the owner's property page

the right to refuse any property advertisement.

Should an advertiser request a property be removed from the site at any time,
this should be done via email or in writing.

the right to remove properties from the site should:
a) advertisers misrepresent their property in any way
b) advertisers double book their property
c) worldwide-holidayrentals.netreceive
substantiated complaints from holidaymakers who book an advertisers property
worldwide-holidayrentals.net -
